Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders as part of our customer service commitment. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Hartley & Harbour is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Hartley & Harbour is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery and product availability. You will receive separate tracking details if this occurs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment and cannot be changed.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
