Hartley & Harbour is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our boutique team. You'll play an important role in creating the warm, personal experience our customers know and love.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and offer thoughtful, personalised styling advice
• Help customers find the right fit, cut and look for them
• Keep the boutique beautifully presented at all times
• Support day-to-day operations including restocking and the register
• Respond to customer enquiries in-store and by phone with care and warmth

What we're looking for

• Experience in retail, ideally in fashion or lifestyle
• Warm communication skills and a genuinely helpful nature
• A real passion for fashion and an eye for style
• Flexibility to work varied hours in a busy boutique environment
